This was an exciting competition this year and an awesome lead up to the state and regional championships coming up in the next two months. We had some great gymnastics being done over the two days of level 9 and 10 competition. Here are the top 18 scoring routines (top 3 on each event including ties) from the Level 9 sessions.

What an exciting weekend of conference championship action. We witnessed some surprising upsets, energized celebrations after big time routines, and what felt like the most normal (as we remember before Covid) of the entire season. It’s postseason in the NCAA and that always brings more excitement to the gymnastics action. As we do each Monday (sometimes posted on Tuesday), here are our routines from Region 5 Alums that stood out but you may have not seen from seven of the major conferences.

We have reached the final week of the regular season for NCAA Gymnastics. This coming weekend proves to be an exciting one with conference championships on the line along with increasing that National Qualifying Score (NQS). The were some big time performances in week 10 and here are some of them in this weeks Top 5 moments from former Region 5 Alum and Michigan Wolverine star Olivia Karas. It was a CAREER HIGH week oh and there was a standing full!!!

The regular season has come to an end with a crazy CMU quad stream that felt like we were playing the game Frogger. We had some new Alums break into the line-up in the final week of the regular season along with some lights out performances for line-up veterans. We definitely had some big jumps, powerful swings, big time stuck landings in Week 10.
