We salute week 7 of the NCAA with another Region 5 Alum perfect 10 and the perfect smile to go with it. Some awesome performances and close action in the MAC conference this week, BIG TEN Minus was unfortunately back this week. We need a new notebook after this weeks long list of 9.9’s. It’s getting exciting as the season draws close to the end.

This NCAA season we have former Region 5 Alum and Michigan Wolverine star Olivia Karas giving us her Top 5 moments each week. Olivia commentates for the Big Ten Network and keeps up with the action from around the nation to find those stand out moments. All Access Flips Gymnastics | Balancing Level 10 and Elite

We go All Access with Flip Gymnastics in Illinois presented by Tumbl Trak as they prepare to balance the mix of level 9/10 with Elite/Hopes in one season. In this video we check out Flips level 9 and 10’s some of which are hoping to qualify either elite or to Hopes. This workout was filmed at the end of December as they were preparing for their first meet of the season. Since then one of their Level 10 National qualifiers Hailey Klein qualified to senior elite and will continue on that track for the rest of the 2021 season. Listen in as Coach Kari and Andrey take us through a full four event workout with both skills, combos and routines.

Region 5 Alums were rocking in week 6 of NCAA action. Some seemed to be giving us the speech of over here look at me, oh you need a 9.9, hold my mask please! There was a 10 on vault and it was from a Region 5 Alum. We filled the notebook with 9.9’s this week and had a few new routines performed for first time this season. We also learned that there was a Piked Yurchenko on bars!!!
