Making Moves Monday for September 20th 2021
It’s the 2nd to last Making Moves Monday for this season. As our gymnasts are working towards their goals for 2022 and skill training is converting to combo and routine training with the start of meet season approaching fast.

Coaches Wired: Kristin Buese, Capitol City Flips | Beam Queen!
Capitol City Flips head coach Kristin Buese is wired during the 2021 Level 10 DEV nationals while coaching her Junior A Lili Cosman on beam. This was Lili’s first level 10 nationals and with the help of Kristin giving her the technical cues along with the positive words of confidence, she hit a beautiful routine. Listen in as Kristin and Lili do their thing in the biggest competition of the season.
