Day in the Life with Level 10 National Qualifier and future Stanford Cardinal Katya Sander from Perfection Gymnastics in Ohio. Katya lives a “double life” splitting time outside of Cincinnati where she trains and her actually home in Kentucky. Katya takes us along with her as she goes to school, her gymnastics workouts, and her awesome healthy dinners she eats. Katya is a very goal oriented individual who gives her time to Brothers and Sisters organization being a mentor or an inspiration for someone outside her circle. Lots of sticks, Huge Smiles, Salutes and we even had a Balance Bar???? It was week 4 of NCAA action with a rather full list of NINE NINE’s from our Alums. We were hoping to see more gymnastics from the BTN+ but grips, salutes and knee back handsprings stole the show. There was some competitive action in the MAC with two duos for you this week. It’s for the BIG Salute for Week 4!
