Ruth Miller from Michigan Elite Gymnastics has this weeks Training Thursday drill complex presented by Tumbl Trak. The focus of this complex is to work on leg tightening and felling how to get your leg straight verse hearing the leg is bent. Ruth has a few easy drills to help work on understanding the feel of leg tight. It is also important to have good flexibility and be able to control it as well. Ruth shows us a few drills that can help improve the flex while keeping the hip square as best as possible.
