It’s that time of year again where routines take a back seat for a bit to learn and perfect new skills and combos that will hopefully making into next seasons competitive routines.

Continuing with tradition we will be featuring upgrade videos from athletes around the region each Monday until Level 10 High Tech/High Performance Training Camp in October.
