Don’t Land and Shape….. Land in a Shape! Stacy Moore from Queen City shows us a different variation to the layout step out drill off the board for flight on beam. She shows how to feel if your hips are square over the beam and how the tightness leads into the split in the step out and then the landing shape to finish.
