I remember her BHS Arabian on beam at the Region 5 training camp at the University of Michigan and saying who is that kid! Well she went on to win many state and regional titles and become one of our Region 5 Dream Team stand outs! She now is living her best life in Athens Georgia as a Gym Dawg. She is an All American a Youtuber and one of the leaders of the GymDawgs. We welcome Georgia Junior Ady Wahl to the show. She talks about her decision to go to college early out of high school, reflects on her first two years at Georgia, the 2025 NCAA Nationals experience and insights to the 2026 Gym Dawgs.

All Access: BIG Gymnastics- Preseason Prepping For Routines

We go All Access with Level 9 and 10’s from BIG Gymnastics in Burr Ridge, Illinois as they prep for the 2026 competition season. In this work, you get to see all four events with each having its own prep work for meet warm-ups and routine construction. Owner and Head Coach Kara Reid is easing her athletes into double salto passes on the floor with air mat tumbling while still keeping the bigger tumbling passes in the resi. She has a nice circuit complex they use to both train the skills and get the necessary conditioning done at the same time. On bars, Coach Mike Hauser has started to incorporate meet warm-ups into the bar plan as they begin doing overlapping combos and 1/2 routines. This bars rotation is very detailed and lots of great coaching info here. On beam Kara has a team related assignment which features a partner dismount stick assignment. Did Karl and James get it done???? Last on vault, Mike has lots of different vaults going on. They do a lot of pre-hab during vault and you can see some of that in the background.
