2024 Yahtzee Awards (Part 2)

In true Kim fashion, I could not decide once again on just 5 nominee’s in some categories! There are just too many great routines this year to narrow it down any further and these are just from what I saw or searched the internet for in the final moments! This Region certainly brings the creativity each and every year making it harder and harder to make a list of only 5! 2024 Region 5 Yahtzee Awards (Part 1)

It’s that time of year again!

The Olympics have ended, school has started, the weather is confused and doesn’t really know whats going on, but as we here in Region 5 prepare for football games (Let’s Go Lions), pumpkin spice (it is what it is) and a whole bunch of light pink apparel, we have have one more Cosmo Red activity to do before Region 5 Insider goes lovely light pink! So before we kick off the 2024-2025 competitive season, let’s wrap up year 9 of our annual awards with the coveted Y trophies! 

It has been crazy year, so we are a little behind and in true Kim fashion as you all know it is insanely hard for me to narrow down a list of great routines, skills, combos and athletes.

Columbus, OH

We honored our 2024 Region 5 Award honorees this past weekend at the annual awards banquet which took place in Columbus, Ohio prior to our Region 5 High Tech Camp. The 2024 Region 5 Hall of Fame Class of 2024 was introduced along with the athletes and clubs of the year. Our 2024 All Star and Elite Ambassador teams were also recognized (video for those posted at a later date).
