Region 5 won the 2019 JO National Super Team Title with a dominating performance on the second day of competition. JO National All Around Champion Sierra Brooks from Aspire Gymnastics joined us to break down all the action from top routines you might have missed to the behind the scenes stories from the floor. Region 5 rallied on day 2 with five age group wins and four national all around champions.
