It’s Regional Week in NCAA Gymnastics with a trip to the NCAA Championships on the minds of the teams and individuals competing. However, week ago during the Conference Championships weekend, the NCGA Championships took place. These nationals feature the best gymnasts from NCAA Division III. This year’s competition was hosted by Cortland State
Our Region 5 DIII Alums are always well represented at these national championships every year and we always have a number of top 10 finishes. In 2026, we had 6 alums place in the top 10 with Kiara Hockman from Brockport winning the title on vault (9.8) and tying for the floor title (9.8).
The NCGA team championship went to the University of Wisconsin OshKosh with a 194.75. OshKosh has 3 Region 5 Alums who competed in the competition. Freshman Ome Ellis finished 3rd on beam (9.775) and competed on floor (9.725). Senior Aleah Radojevich wrapped her college career with another strong floor routine (9.675). She might have been a bit out of control on her landing, however Aleah’s Front 1/1 Front 1/1 is always impressive. Junior Kasha Muraski competed on vault with a very nice tuck full (9.675).
Last but not least the number of triple series on beam from this group is very impressive, and they are very well executed so shout out to Hockman, Brookins, Main and Sweibocki for a job well done!
Well let’s Press Play on some top routines. Here are our Region 5 Alum routines that finished in the top 10 but we have the full Region 5 Alum competition routine gallery link at the top of the page.
