We go All Access with Flip Gymnastics in Illinois presented by Tumbl Trak as they prepare to balance the mix of level 9/10 with Elite/Hopes in one season. In this video we check out Flips level 9 and 10’s some of which are hoping to qualify either elite or to Hopes. This workout was filmed at the end of December as they were preparing for their first meet of the season. Since then one of their Level 10 National qualifiers Hailey Klein qualified to senior elite and will continue on that track for the rest of the 2021 season.
