BIG senior Meredith Donovan takes along on her journey through the week of Level 10 Nationals back in May. This was Meredith’s first level 10 nationals experiences and it ended on a high with her team taking the Senior B Team title. We get a look at her school life, her travels from Indiana to Illinois to train everyday, prep for nationals and the experience in Daytona Beach. Capitol City Flips head coach Kristin Buese is wired during the 2021 Level 10 DEV nationals while coaching her Junior A Lili Cosman on beam. This was Lili’s first level 10 nationals and with the help of Kristin giving her the technical cues along with the positive words of confidence, she hit a beautiful routine.
