Region 5 always has some of the best gymnasts in the competition at Level 10 Nationals every year. This year was no exception with 9 gymnasts making the 2022 Level 10 DEV National Team. This accomplishment was achieved by athletes from 8 different clubs with Cincinnati Gymnastics ,the only club, to have 2. Check out all four routines from each of these deserving athletes.

It’s Level 10 High Tech/High Performance Training Camp week and to kick it off we rewind back to the 2022 DEV Level 10 Nationals for a behind the scenes highlight from our Region 5 Dream Team in Arizona. This past years team theme for this competition was Hustle and Heart. Thank you again to Zach for allowing us to use his music.
In this episode of Alumni Conversation we have 2022 MAC Beam and Floor Champion Payton Murphy from Western Michigan on the show. Payton is headed into her senior year for the broncos but we get to take her back to her club days and find more about the injury that shaped her into the tough athlete she is today. We discuss her major neck injury from her freshman year and how that has impacted her and made her the leader she has become. We discuss her long journey on bars with dismounts and releases and of course talk about her 2022 MAC Championships.
