Behind the scenes all access look at our 2023 Region 5 All Star Team Training bars on our 2nd day at Hawaiian Island Twisters. This work features some basics training as well as release and new combo/ half routine work. The elites were focused on new connections and routine construction for the Olympic year season while the 10’s were either doing basics or focusing on combo training. Not all of the all star team trained bars due to resting or rehabbing previous injuries.

PRIDE RUNS DEEP- All Star Team Tours Pearl Harbor | Region 5 All Star Trip
Learning more about the world around us and its history is one of the awesome opportunities these trips provide for our regions athletes. While here in Hawaii we took a trip to the Pearl Harbor National Memorial to learn more about what happened on the December morning in 1941. We had the opportunity to view the battleship USS Arizona in its final resting place, check out a submarine and tour the battleship Missouri. The quote Pride Runs Deep is truly felt as your experience this memorial to our fallen soldiers.

The 2023 Region 5 All Star Team trained at Hawaiian Island Twisters this week and here are some highlights from our second day of training. Our athletes are on different training plans right now with working combos while others were just conditioning and recovering from some injuries. You still get to see some big gymnastics.
