Here is our annual JO National team meeting video to get us psyched up for the weekend. This is group of gymnasts who work very hard and are some of the best in the sport. This region has a long legacy of success and excellence and their are NO LIMITS on this group. Lets go Region 5!

Steve Kams from Ultimate Gymnastics is one of the regions most passionate coaches out there and is always trying to encourage and pump up all of our Region 5 gymnasts when ever possible. Steve is mic’d up during his teams vaulting rotation at Chicago Style earlier this year. He will certainly be a big part of our JO Nationals experience this weekend.
