As post season kicks off next week, we take a look back to the start of season with Capitol City Flips in Lansing Michigan. This workout was filmed back in January and it just after their 9/10’s competed at the Cincinnati Coaches Spectacular. In this workout you get a mix of routines, new skill training and a very detailed beam complex that mixes all the basics on Bars vault and beam. As the NCAA season heads into regionals this week, we look back at our alums who participated in the D3 2024 NCGA Championships, which took place during conference championship weekend. This competition has been dominated over the last two years by University of Wisconsin OshKosh and this year was no different winning their 3rd consecutive national title.

OshKosh has four alums that are majority contributors to the team score with one winning two national titles. Region 5 had five finish in the top 10 across the four events. Check out these 9 alum routines from the NCGA Championships and check out the video gallery for more.

Mia Lucero, OshKosh Floor 9.9

Mia won the NCGA National championship on floor as well as tied for the vault title (9.825)

Kelsey Kollhoff, Whitewater Bars 9.825

Kelsey finished 3rd on bars as well as 7th on floor (9.825)

Delaney Cienkus, Oshkosh Beam 9.775

Delaney finished 9th on beam
