The 2018 Region 5 Championships is coming up this weekend in Battle Creek Michigan. Leading up to the Championships we will be focusing on some of the up & coming athletes from each state that make up this exceptional Region. Our final Region 5’s TwentyFive “Ones to Watch”  is the southern most Region 5 State….Kentucky!

2017 JO National Qualifier Alyssa Keller talks about being a leader in her gym and setting the example for her younger teammates to aspire too. Alyssa talks about her JO National experience from last season that went from a high to a low point in matter of seconds. Though she excited to finish her JO career on a high note, she is focused on getting fully healthy and ready for college next year.
