It’s Regional Week in NCAA Gymnastics with a trip to the NCAA Championships on the minds of the teams and individuals competing. However, a week ago during the Conference Championships weekend, the NCGA Championships took place. These nationals feature some of the best gymnasts from NCAA Division III. This year’s competition was hosted by Gustavus Adolphus.

Our DIII Alums are always well represented at these national championships every year and we always have a number of top 10 finishes. In 2025, we had 5 alums place in the top 10 with one end the season as the national champion.

The NCGA team championship went to the University of Wisconsin Lacrosse for the first time since 2016 with a 194.925. Lauren Main is a Sophomore for the Eagles and is our only alum currently on the team. Lauren is from Energym gymnastics in Illinois and she competed on bars (9.575) and beam (9.775) for Lacrosse during the team finals.

Check out some of the top individual performances from our Region 5 Alums at the NCGA Championships

Kennedy after winning her conference vault title, finishes her career top 3 on vault at nationals and another All American honor.

Mia Lucero, Wisconsin OshKosh Vault 9.75 (tied for 3rd)
