New All Access with the level 9 and 10’s from Universal Gymnastics in Ohio. This is a building year for Universal as they graduated most of their top level 10’s during the past two years. However, 2024 Region 5 SRD Regional AA Champion Layla Bobek (Region 5 All Star Team Member) will be around for one more year and will be leading this young Universal team.
In this workout we get to watch action on all four events mixing maintenance skill work with new drills and skills. There are a couple drills in this video that will be featured in future Training Thursday videos. Listen in as Head Coach Dave Anthony and long time Universal coach Melanie Thompson guide this young group into the future.
