Podium Training went well for our three Region 5 Juniors, from Ohio, who are all experiencing their very first US Championships together. Ella Kate Parker (CGA), Gabby VanFrayen & Izzy Stassi (Gym X-Treme) are not only sharing this first time experience together, but they are in the same rotation group as well, making it a little more fun when you have friends & Region-mates supporting you.
