The 2017 Region 5 All Star Trip has been another awesome experience filled with new cultural perspectives, greater appreciation of our gymnastics in Region 5, and bonding memories that will last a lifetime. This group of athletes and coaches have made this trip one of my favorites thus far (been on 5 total) and am truly grateful that for these opportunities every year. Here is look back at the week in Canada through our cameras.
The 2017 Region 5 All Star began their journey to Montreal, Canada Saturday. On the way they stopped at Niagara Falls for some team bonding while taking in the majestic wonder that is the Falls.

Day 3 of the Region 5 All-Star Team Trip: The girls spent the day exploring Montreal, having a work out at Gymnix and attended the qualifying round of the 2017 World Championships.

Day 4 of the Region 5 All-Star Team Trip: The girls spent the day exploring the city of Montreal. The Team stopped by the Chateau De Cirque (videos to come) where the girls & coaches showed off their natural circus talents. The evening was spent cheering on Team USA as they took the floor at the 2017 World Championships.

Day 5 of the Region 5 All Star Trip: Filled with lots of unique experiences, the girls and coaches got to visit the Cirque Du Soleil Headquarters, which in my opinion is every athletes dream, they also had the opportunity to share the training gym with the French Junior & Senior National Team. The group spent the rest of the day watching TEAM USA in the qualifying round at the 2017 World Championships and finished off the evening with a delicious team dinner.
