Rachael Gardner from Cincinnati came up with some band drills to help improve hurdles, arm position and speed on for Yurchenko Vaults. Rachael talks about having issues with hands turned out on the round offs and the arms not pulling down fast enough. She also shows a band drill for making sure the hips move forward as the gymnast hurdles into the roundoff. These are good side stations during your vault workout to help improve these important aspects of vaulting.
