Behind the scenes all access look at our 2023 Region 5 All Star Team Training beam on our at Hawaiian Island Twisters. These two videos (2 days of training) feature some basic complex training as well some flight series, acro and dance thrus. Everyone was on a bit of different training schedule while on the trip some did more then others.
