20 Questions with Twistars Lexi Xiromeritis

As Quarantine continues, especially here in Michigan, we are continuing to find ways to bring you content and features on our incredible athletes here in Region 5. Our next 20 questions athlete comes from Greek roots and a Gymnastics Family! Her mom and little sister have both been involved in the sport, they share a special connection through their floor routines. I choreographed a few of  Lexi’s little sister Leah’s floor routines and I always found it super special that both girls have a dance move in their routines that their mother had in hers when she was a gymnast. I always thought that was super sweet and so much fun! Getting back to Lexi though, I have watched this young athlete for a few years now and have always loved her gymnastics, she is beautiful to watch on her favorite event the Uneven Bars as well as the Balance Beam where she exhibits beautiful presentation and sharpness. This season may have come to an early end for Lexi and her teammates, but the future is bright for this athlete and I cannot wait to see what next season holds.
